Measuring change: Productivity ecosystems and decent work in practice

Survey results from 2022-24: Productivity, jobs, working conditions and policy in three pilot countries

This results brief provides an overview of the outcomes of the ILO's Productivity Ecosystems for Decent Work programme in Ghana, Viet Nam and South Africa. It covers interventions from mid-2023 to the end of 2024.

It draws on 2025 survey findings, which assessed effects on enterprises and gathered insights from partners, capturing changes in productivity, job creation, working conditions, national and sector-level policy initiatives, alongside insights into key constraints.
