114th International Labour Conference (1-12 June 2026)
Standard-Setting Committee on Decent Work in the Platform Economy (2026)
This Committee undertook the second discussion on decent work in the platform economy with a view to setting new international labour standards. The draft Convention and Recommendation to be considered were included in ILC.114/Report V(4).
The Committee met from Monday 1 to Thursday, 11 June in Room D at the Geneva International Conference Centre (CICG).

Submit amendments
- The final text of the Convention and a resolution submitted to the Conference for adoption were published on 11 June in Record No. 5A
- The report of the Committee was published on 29 June in Record No. 5B and Committee members could send corrections to their own statements contained therein until 15 July 2026. The revised version of the report containing the corrections received was published on 30 July.
Amendments to the draft Convention and Recommendation
Amendments were submitted through the online platform from Monday 1 to Friday, 5 June:
- Monday, 1 June: Amendments to the Preamble and Articles 1-7, 12 and 24 of the draft Convention
- Tuesday, 2 June: Amendments to Articles 8-11 and 13-15 of the draft Convention
- Wednesday, 3 June: Amendments to Articles 16-23 of the draft Convention
- Thursday, 4 June: Amendments to Preamble and Paragraphs 1-11 of the draft Recommendation
- Friday, 5 June: Amendments to Paragraphs 12-19 of the draft Recommendation
