Conference accreditation and registration processes
Accreditation of participants
Member States are invited to submit the credentials for their delegations through the Meeting Management System (MMS). The statutory deadline is Monday, 11 May 2026.
- The ILO has e-mailed country/organization specific links to Permanent Missions of Member States and invited observers (e.g. International Organizations, NGOs) to be forwarded to designated Focal points for the purposes of registering on the Meeting Management System (MMS).
- Recipients should forward these links to their respective Focal points.
- Focal points should register using the link provided to them and following instructions in the MMS User manual for Focal points.
- Once registered, Focal points should prepare and submit their delegation's participants on the MMS platform following the instructions in the MMS User manual for Focal points.
- Government Focal points should refer to the Explanatory note for national delegations.
- Each participant will receive two emails:
- one to validate their email address
- one after accreditation has been received and processed by the ILO, with a specific link to upload a photograph and submit security-related information (passport number, date of birth, etc.) - Participants can check online if their accreditation has been received and processed by the ILO, on the Credentials Live platform.
The list of delegations is published three times for the Conference: the evening before it opens, at the end of the first week and at the end of the session.
- Delegates wishing to correct their information may contact their Focal points who can make the necessary changes directly in the MMS.
- Please provide, at least, twenty-four hours for the processing of initial and modified credentials. Validated credentials are published in real-time at Credentials Live platform. Please note that NO onsite accreditation will be possible.
Registration upon arrival: How to get a badge to access the Conference
To enter the meeting locations, all participants must present a personalized badge with a photo. Badges can be collected at the registration desks located either
- at the ILO building, R3 level (North)
- at the Pregny Gate of the Palais des Nations
- or at the Geneva International Conference Centre
Since Conference badges must include a photo and security-related details (such as passport number and date of birth), participants are required to submit this information online using the link provided in the second email received after accreditation has been processed by the ILO. Participants who do not submit their photo and required information in advance should expect delays during on-site registration.
To minimize waiting times—especially on the morning of Monday, 1 June 2026—early badge collection on the days leading up to the Conference is strongly recommended.
Registration in committees
The Conference will establish the committees it deems necessary for the consideration of the various items on the agenda of its 114th Session at its first sitting on Monday, 1 June 2026. Membership of the committees so established will then be determined based on registration by delegates and advisers from each of three constituent groups.
Governments, employers’ and workers’ delegates and advisers who intend to participate in committees are therefore kindly asked to complete on-line registration which will be carried out through self-service registration on the Meeting Management System (MMS) platform no later than Sunday, 31 May by 5 p.m. (Central European Summer Time). Self-service registration will be validated by the Groups’ Secretariats for Employers’ and Workers’ delegates.
Once accreditation has been validated in MMS, Employers’ and Workers’ delegates will receive a self-registration email with instructions to complete their registration. Government focal points will be responsible for registering their respective government delegations in the committees.
