Value Chain Analysis (VCA)

In each partner country, an export-oriented value chain will be analysed. The value chain analysis aims to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for expanding markets and exports to create more and better jobs. The analysis will result in an action plan to inform governments and workers’ and employers’ organizations how to enhance the sector’s competitiveness and exports, and to equip workers with the required skill sets.

The aim of this analysis is to develop an action plan to support the sector in improving the capacity and competencies needed to enhance the sector’s competitiveness and realize its export potential.
