Results from the Driving Industry Dialogue (DID) toolkit rollout in the Thai automotive sector

This summary report presents the outcomes of the “Driving Industry Dialogue (DID) – Social Dialogue for Decent Work and Human Rights Due Diligence in the Thai Automotive Sector,” developed under the ILO-Japan Resilient, Inclusive and Sustainable Supply Chain (RISSC) project in Thailand. The report highlights key results from the interactive training and supply chain mentoring sessions—core components of the DID toolkit alongside the bilingual practical guidelines. It also outlines the rationale, implementation approaches, findings from the post-participant rollout survey, and an analysis of key impacts with recommendations for future improvement.
