HA NOI (ILO News) - Launched on 26 March 2026, the photo contest “Mosaics of Work – Những mảnh ghép trong thế giới việc làm” is part of the activities marking National Youth Day in Viet Nam and the World Day for Safety and Health at Work (SafeDay 2026). Running until 28 April 2026, the initiative is co-organized by the ILO Vision Zero Fund (VZF) and the Youth Network on Decent Work, Green Jobs, and Career Development Support.

Focusing on the SafeDay 2026 theme of psychosocial factors at work, the contest invites young people aged 15–30 to capture and share their perspectives on mental wellbeing in the world of work. Through photography, participants are encouraged to explore both the challenges and positive aspects of working life — from work-life balance and pressure to connection, motivation and a sense of purpose.

Spanning different sectors, from traditional occupations to emerging digital jobs, the contest highlights the diverse experiences of workers and emphasizes that safe and healthy workplaces include not only physical protection but also mental wellbeing and dignity.

By engaging youth in reflecting on these issues, the initiative aims to raise awareness of the importance of safe and supportive working environments, while helping young people better understand the factors that shape their future working conditions. It also encourages them to consider mental wellbeing and workplace safety as essential elements when exploring career paths and entering the labour market. Selected entries will be featured on VZF official website, contributing to ongoing efforts to promote a culture of prevention and decent work for all.

Full details on the contest rules, technical requirements, and other regulations are available in the document below.
