Progress report on the implementation of the Human Resources Strategy for 2022–25: Diversity, accountability and respect

At its 343rd Session (November 2021), the Governing Body endorsed the Human Resources (HR) Strategy for 2022–25. The Strategy is aimed at ensuring a workforce of the highest standards of competence, efficiency and integrity, with due regard being given to the Action plan for improving the diversity of the ILO workforce, including in terms of gender and geographical diversity, and also addressing under-representation, experience relevant to the three constituent groups and opportunities for youth and young professionals. This document describes the progress made by the Office in 2024 in respect of the key deliverables of the HR Strategy.
