This short report contains two questionnaires which, in accordance with article 52(1) of the Standing Orders of the International Labour Conference, call for replies from Governments, after consultation with the most representative organizations of employers and workers. The replies to the questionnaires will form the basis of the background report for the Conference discussion.
Governments are encouraged to respond to the questionnaires that can be downloaded below in electronic format and to submit their replies to the Office of the Legal Adviser ([email protected]) by email. They must reach the Office no later than 15 September 2027.
