This document contains a proposal regarding the recognition of the Tribunal’s jurisdiction by the International Organization for Marine Aids to Navigation (IALA) and the International Rubber Study Group (IRSG). The Governing Body is invited to approve the recognition of the Tribunal’s jurisdiction by those organizations (see the draft decision in paragraph 13).
