Chile
Chile has been a member of the ILO since 1919. The country has ratified 64 Conventions (of which 50 are currently in force), including the fundamental Conventions.
In 2008, the Chilean government, employers' and workers’ organizations and the ILO agreed to develop a Decent Work Country Program.
ILO actions in Chile are coordinated from the Office for the South Cone of Latin America.
