Tuvalu became an ILO member in 2008 and has ratified two ILO Conventions, including one fundamental Convention. The ILO and Tuvalu collaborate on key priorities such as enhancing tripartite partner capacity, improving labour market information systems and boosting overseas job opportunities. The ILO’s work in Tuvalu is managed by the ILO Office for Pacific Island Countries, in Suva, Fiji.
