Building on the mid-term assessment carried out in 2022, this report provides updated evidence on job creation and working conditions across six now operational lots.

Data on direct employment was collected and disaggregated by gender and youth. In addition to the socioeconomic profile of the workers, the report also looks at the qualitative aspects of the direct jobs. An adapted Input-output technique was applied to estimate the indirect and induced employment effects. The results show an increase in job creation but revealead persistent deficits in job quality, providing recommendations to improve this.
