ILO Campaign on Youth Rights
Your rights are your superpowers
Youth rights at work: know them, advocate for them and inspire change!
Not all superheroes wear capes • Some champion decent work
And the truth is that every young person deserves decent work.
That means work that is fair, safe, secure and respectful of your dignity and potential. But young workers, especially those in vulnerable situations or experiencing forced displacement, often face unfair treatment, unsafe conditions or a lack of information about their rights.
This campaign is here to help you understand your rights, stand up for yourself and others, and take the first steps toward building a fairer and better world of work.
This campaign has been developed by the ILO in close collaboration with the Global Refugee Youth Network.
Work Wise Youth: A guide to youth rights at work
This guide is designed to support organizations, educators and advocates working with young people – especially those affected by forced displacement – in raising awareness about their rights in the workplace.
