What do you know about their habits and influences?

Having an understanding of whom your actors find as credible influencers or designing stories to fit into daily life can be effective strategic tools.
For instance, if your actors have trusted messengers (e.g. media they use, individuals they follow or look up to, etc.) and you find ways of engaging those messengers in sharing your information, it may be seen as more credible in the eyes of your identified actors than if you shared directly.
Knowing what types of media the actors consume can also save yourself from building a story in a format that is not appreciated or used by your actor. This is not the definitive way of presenting your information, but is an important step to evaluate before you begin building.
