What action is required by specific actors to accomplish your path for change?

Your theory of change includes specific steps that can be taken to address child and forced labour.
These might be changes in policies, interventions in the market or changes in education, but you must help your actors identify what they can do to solve the challenge.
Asking people to be aware of an issue or to believe something different does not affect things as much as we’d like to believe it does. Your theory of change will most likely include multiple actions from multiple actors — if you have identified one action for everyone you may want to re-evaluate and refine.
In this segment, we start to identify, specifically, those actors. They should be as narrow as possible (e.g. specific committee vs. a legislative body) and might even be focused on specific individuals empowered to help you.
