This annex operationalises Step 6 of the Meaningful Youth Engagement (MYE) Manual, equipping TVET institutions with practical tools to strengthen peer collaboration, reflection, and accountability in learning.
Together, these six tools promote participatory and self-directed learning approaches that enhance learner confidence, inclusion, and lifelong learning competencies. The tools collectively strengthen learner agency, reflection, and collaboration in TVET systems. By integrating peer mentoring, study circles, self-evaluation, digital tracking, reflective journaling, and joint feedback platforms, institutions can cultivate a culture of participatory, inclusive, and evidence-based learning. Together, they position learners as co-creators of knowledge and active drivers of continuous improvement within competency-based education.
