Technical recommendations to VRU draft law concerning the regulation of some matters of the employment relationship (No. 5054-1)

This is the set of technical recommendations of the EU-ILO Project regarding the draft Law of Ukraine “On amending the Labour Code of Ukraine concerning the Regulation of Some Matters of Employment Relationship” (No. 5054-1), submitted to Verkhovna Rada on 25 February 2021. The purpose is to help to better align this draft law with the International and European Labour Standards and best practices.
