This set of technical recommendations is aimed at ensuring a better alignment of the draft law concerning the regulation of the non-standard forms of employment (No. 5161) with the international and European labour standards and best practices.
This set of technical recommendations is aimed at ensuring a better alignment of the draft law concerning the regulation of the non-standard forms of employment with the international and European labour standards and best practices.
In particular, the following standards are considered:
ILO Convention on termination of employment relationship (No. 158)
Council Directive 91/533/EEC, on an employer's obligation to inform employees of the conditions applicable to the contract or employment relationship;
Directive (EU) 2019/1152 of the European Parliament and of the Council, on transparent and predictable working conditions in the European Union; and
Council Directive No. 89/391/EEC, concerning the introduction of measures to encourage improvements in the safety and health of workers at work
It will be especially useful to policy decision makers and legal experts of the Parliament, Government, trade unions and employers’ organizations and others.
