The Decent Work Country Programme (DWCP) 2025–2027 sets out a shared roadmap between the Government of Jordan, employers’ and workers’ organizations, and the International Labour Organization (ILO) to advance decent work and social justice for all. Aligned with Jordan’s national priorities, international labours standard and the Sustainable Development Goals, the programme focuses on promoting inclusive green growth, expanding social protection and strengthening social dialogue and governance.
Building on joint achievements to date, the DWCP aims to accelerate progress towards more inclusive, resilient and sustainable labour markets. Through strong partnerships and a results-driven approach, the programme supports national priorities to create more and better jobs, enhance rights at work, and ensure that no one is left behind in Jordan’s development journey.
