The report consists of a short summary of the discussions in the National Workshop on Social Dialogue in Public Emergency Services in a Changing Environment held in Bulgaria in 2005. In addition, the report includes the consolidated strategies/recommendations of the workshop participants in order to achieve improved social dialogue in this sector in Bulgaria. The ILO Guidelines on Social Dialogue in Public Emergency Services, the Workshop programme and the list of participants can be found in the annexes.
