Decision concerning the proposal for the appointment of the committee of experts concerning the determination of the Members of chief industrial importance and related financial arrangements

The Governing Body approved:

(a) the appointment of the experts listed in paragraph 9 of document GB.357/INS/5 as members of the impartial committee provided for in article 7(3) of the Constitution, in accordance with the decision adopted at its 356th Session (March–April 2026) to undertake a determination of the Members of chief industrial importance;

(b) the cost of the committee of experts estimated at US$146,000, not budgeted in the Programme and Budget for 2026–27, to be prioritized and financed under Part I of the budget for the current biennium.
