Decision concerning the receivability of the representation alleging non-observance by Mexico of the Protection of Wages Convention, 1949 (No. 95)

In the light of the information contained in document GB.356/INS/20/4, and taking into consideration the recommendation of its Officers, the Governing Body decided that the representation was receivable and that it would be examined by the tripartite committee set up to examine the representation alleging non-observance by Mexico of Convention No. 95 declared receivable in March 2025.
