Decision concerning the report of the tripartite Committee set up to examine the representation alleging non-observance by the Dominican Republic of Conventions Nos 95, 102, 111 and 118

In the light of the conclusions and recommendations set out in the report of the Committee contained in document GB.353/INS/15/3, the Governing Body:

(a) approved the report of the Committee and, in particular, the conclusions formulated in paragraphs 24, 27 and 31;

(b) decided to make the report publicly available and to close the representation procedure.
