Decision concerning the report of the tripartite Committee set up to examine the representations alleging non-observance by the Republic of the Sudan of Convention No. 111
In the light of the conclusions and recommendations set out in the report of the Committee contained in GB.352/INS/19/6, the Governing Body:
(a) approved the report of the Committee and, in particular, the conclusions formulated in paragraphs 27 and 29;
(b) requested the Government to provide the Committee of Experts on the Application of Conventions and Recommendations with information on the matters addressed in the report and in the Committee’s conclusions;
(c) decided to make the report publicly available and to close the procedure initiated by the two representations.
