(a) approved the proposed amendments to the terms of reference of the Independent Oversight Advisory Committee, as contained in the Appendix to document GB.350bis/PFA/2, which would take effect as of the date of approval;
(b) approved Option A of the Committee’s future membership rotation as per paragraph 4(a) of document GB.350bis/PFA/2.
