Decision concerning the report of the Committee set up to examine the representation alleging non-observance by Brazil of the Labour Relations (Public Service) Convention, 1978 (No. 151)

In the light of the conclusions and recommendations set out in the report of the Committee contained in document GB.355/INS/16/6, the Governing Body:

(a) approved the report of the Committee;

(b) requested the Government of Brazil to take into account, in the context of the application of the Labour Relations (Public Service) Convention, 1978 (No. 151), the observations made in the Committee’s conclusions;

(c) invited the Government to provide information in that respect for examination and further monitoring by the Committee of Experts on the Application of Conventions and Recommendations;

(d) decided to make the report publicly available and declared closed the procedure initiated by the representation.
