Decision concerning the report of the Committee set up to examine the representation alleging non-observance by Colombia of Conventions Nos 3, 12, 17, 18, 24, 25 and 144
In the light of the conclusions and recommendations set out in the report of the Committee contained in document GB.351/INS/11/4, the Governing Body:
(a) approved the report of the Committee and in particular the conclusions in paragraphs 33, 34 and 37;
(b) requested the Government to provide the Committee of Experts on the Application of Conventions and Recommendations with information on the subjects raised in the report and the Committee’s conclusions;
(c) decided to publish the report and to close the procedure initiated by the representation.
