Decision concerning the report of the Committee set up to examine the representations alleging non-observance by Chile of Conventions No. 35 and No. 37

In the light of the conclusions and recommendations set out in the report of the Committee contained in document GB.352/INS/19/5, the Governing Body:

(a) approved the report of the Committee;

(b) decided to make the report publicly available and to close the procedures initiated by the two representations.
