TIM Works project brief, August 2010

TIM-Works (Investment Budget Execution Support for Rural Infrastructure Development and Employment Generation), October 2008 to June 2011, is a Project which addresses the enormous twin challenges of job creation and the need for infrastructure improvement in Timor-Leste, by aiming to institutionalise labour-based technology within regular public works programmes.
