Be the voice of equity at the workplace

The brochure presents the main activities and initiatives carried out within the framework of the national campaign implemented by the National Confederation of Trade Unions of Moldova (CNSM), in partnership with the International Labour Organization (ILO), during the period 27 May 2025 – 17 March 2026. The publication reflects the information, training and awareness-raising activities dedicated to promoting equal opportunities and equal treatment for workers with family responsibilities, as well as supporting the ratification of ILO Convention No. 156. The brochure includes the presentation of trade union projects and initiatives implemented at national and local levels, aimed at promoting gender equality, work-life balance and respect for workers’ rights. The brochure was developed by the National Trade Union Confederation of Moldova (CNSM) with the support of the International Labour Organization as part of the projects “Promoting the creation of quality employment and sustainable enterprises in the care and related sectors” and “Enhancing peace and economic prosperity through women’s leadership and inclusion” implemented with the financial support of the Government of Switzerland.
