Sitting plan

Due to the limited capacity of the GB room, the number of seats reserved for Government delegations is limited to one person per Government accredited and registered to the Committee. Room II is available for overflow attendance.

In order to facilitate the smooth running of the Committee's work, the Secretariat will draw up a daily seating plan, which will designate the place reserved for each Government representative. An A + 5 rotation will be used to determine this placing.

The first row of the Room will be reserved for representatives of countries whose cases will be examined by the Committee (four seats per delegation).

Delegates may amend the verbatim draft minutes of previous sittings prior to their adoption by the Committee. Delegates may amend the verbatim draft minutes of previous sittings prior to their adoption by the Committee. Amendments should be submitted to the secretariat electronically in “track changes” via the following email address: [email protected].

Amendments will be received only if they are sent from the email address which will have been provided by the delegate when registering on the speakers' list.
