Legal framework on OSH

For that the following activities will be conducted:
- Setting up of the working groups to develop the tables of concordance of the national legislation to the EU directives;
- Trainings on EU directives;
- Support to the amendments of the national legal framework;
- Trainings on the application and enforcement of the EU and national legislation.
Національне законодавство щодо безпеки і гігієни праці
В рамках Проекту надається підтримка у ході імплементації Рамкової директиви ЄС з безпеки та гігієни праці і ряду спеціальних директив з БГП та трудових відносин. Для цього передбачено:
- створення тристоронніх робочих групи для підготовки таблиць відповідності національного законодавства директивам ЄС;
- проведення тренінгів по директивам ЄС, що підлягають опрацюванню;
- підтримка в ході перегляду національного законодавства;
- навчання щодо практичного застосування згаданого законодавства.
