This document proposes a plan of action for the period 2026–31 to give effect to the conclusions concerning the third recurrent discussion on social dialogue and tripartism adopted by the International Labour Conference at its 114th Session (2026). The Governing Body is invited to provide guidance on the proposed plan of action (see draft decision in paragraph 22).
