Matters relating to the Administrative Tribunal of the ILO: Recognition of the Tribunal's jurisdiction by other international organizations

This document contains a proposal regarding the recognition of the jurisdiction of the Administrative Tribunal of the International Labour Organization (“the Tribunal”) by the Joint Vienna Institute (JVI). The Governing Body is invited to approve the recognition of the Tribunal’s jurisdiction by the JVI (see the draft decision in paragraph 7).
