Fifth evaluation of the functioning of the Standards Review Mechanism Tripartite Working Group and outcome of the meeting on the follow-up to outdated Conventions

This document has been prepared in accordance with the decision adopted in March 2024 to undertake a fifth evaluation of the functioning of the Standards Review Mechanism Tripartite Working Group (SRM TWG) in March 2026, and pursuant to paragraph 26 of the terms of reference of the SRM TWG. Further, it follows the decision adopted in June 2025 requesting the Office to organize a meeting on the follow-up to outdated Conventions and to report the result of that deliberation. The Governing Body is invited to consider the report of the Officers of the SRM TWG as it undertakes its fifth evaluation, together with the outcome of the meeting on the follow-up to outdated Conventions (see the draft decision in paragraph 4).
