This document provides a progress report on the ILO Evaluation Office’s work covering the reporting year 2024– 25, as measured against the indicators and targets in its results-based Evaluation Strategy 2023–25. An extension of one year of the Strategy into 2026 is proposed (Part I). The report also looks at the ILO’s overall effectiveness using project evaluations as proxies to assess trends in performance (Part II). The Governing Body is invited to endorse the recommendations in this report (see the draft decision in paragraph 82).
