Annual evaluation report 2024-25

This year's Annual Evaluation Report marks the final year of the ILO Evaluation Strategy (2023–2025), with a proposed one year extension into 2026 to consolidate gains, foster innovation, and reinforce evaluation’s strategic role in advancing the ILO’s mission. Structured in two parts, it presents progress against the Evaluation Strategy's targets for 2025 and provides a performance overview of ILO’s effectiveness drawing on 50 final independent project evaluations.
