This document contains a proposal regarding the approval of the recognition of the Tribunal’s jurisdiction by the International Commission for the Protection of the Danube River (ICPDR). The Governing Body is invited to approve the recognition of the Tribunal’s jurisdiction by the ICPDR (see the draft decision in paragraph 11).
