Agreement between the International Labour Organization and the International Seabed Authority
This document submits the text of an agreement between the International Labour Organization and the International Seabed Authority to the Governing Body for approval (see draft decision in paragraph 7). In version "Rev.1” of 23 October, an editorial correction has been made jointly by the Office and the International Seabed Authority in Article 2.1.2 of the Appendix, whereby “protection of human life and workers” has been amended to read “protection of human life and the rights of workers”.
