Report on the 20th American Regional Meeting (Punta Cana, 1–3 October 2025)

This document provides information on the 20th American Regional Meeting, which was held in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, from 1 to 3 October 2025. Appendix I contains the outcome of the meeting, the Punta Cana Declaration, and Appendix II contains the report of the Credentials Committee. The Governing Body is invited to request the Director-General to draw constituents’ attention to the Punta Cana Declaration, to take it into consideration when implementing current ILO programmes and to ensure its effective implementation in the context of future programme and budget proposals (see the draft decision in paragraph 21).
