Follow-up to the resolution concerning the general discussion on addressing informality and promoting the transition to formality for decent work
This document proposes a plan of action on addressing informality and promoting the transition to formality for decent work for 2026–31, to give effect to the conclusions adopted by the International Labour Conference at its 113th Session (2025). The Governing Body is invited to provide guidance on the proposed plan of action (see draft decision in paragraph 25).
