This brochure presents the International Labour Organization's Sustaining Competitive and Responsible Enterprises (SCORE) tool, its process of implementation, real-life impact and eligibility criteria for interested enterprises in Egypt.
The Sustaining Competitive and Responsible Enterprises (SCORE) tool supports small and medium-sized enterprises in improving productivity, enhancing working conditions, and strengthening competitiveness through practical, workplace-based training and advisory services.
Implemented in priority sectors such as leather tanning and marble, SCORE promotes cooperation between management and workers, resource efficiency, and continuous improvement practices that contribute to sustainable enterprise development and the advancement of decent work.
SCORE is implemented in Egypt within the framework of the International Labour Organization's Productivity Ecosystems for Decent Work in Egyptproject, with funding from the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and in partnership with the Egyptian Ministry of Industry.
