This ILO brief presents global findings on how employer and business membership organizations (EBMOs) are adopting and preparing for artificial intelligence, drawing on responses from 111 representatives across 82 countries. It highlights widespread experimentation and emerging productivity benefits, while identifying gaps in institutional integration, governance and data readiness, and outlines practical priorities for moving towards responsible AI adoption that delivers greater value to members.
