Thailand's automotive manufacturing industry is experiencing a dynamic evolution, propelled by technological innovation and a transition to electric and other eco-friendly vehicles in line with the green revolution.
In response, the ILO collaborated with Thailand's Automotive Human Resources Development Academy (AHRDA), the Ministry of Labour, to offer specialized training courses aimed at upgrading the skills of the industry's workforce.
