Mexico

Mexico has been a member of the ILO since 1931. The country has ratified 82 Conventions and one Protocol, of which 64 are currently in force, including the nine of the ten fundamental Conventions.

ILO established its office in Mexico in 1955, making it one of the first UN agencies in the country. 

The following are the ILO's priority areas in Mexico:

ILO actions in Mexico are coordinated from the ILO Country Office for Mexico and Cuba.
