Seeds for innovation

The following brochure describes the importance of four Andean grains: quinoa, tarwi, cañahua and amaranth, with the aim of strengthening Bolivia's position as a hub of excellence to foster sustainable development in the production chains linked to these grains. The objective is to promote integrated approaches that contribute to market diversification, increased productivity, protection of the national food heritage and better working conditions.
