Sectoral pathways to productivity and Decent Work

The report presents the findings of a diagnostic and prioritization study aimed at identifying the most promising sectors in Kosovo, where targeted interventions can most effectively enhance productivity, occupational safety and health practices, and working conditions. It examines key sectoral dynamics, constraints and opportunities of relevance to the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), employment creation and decent work, and offers evidence-based recommendations on feasible entry points for interventions.
