The project focuses on two core objectives:
a) enhancing adherence to labour legislation, and
b) improving working conditions and boosting productivity within Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).
By addressing both legal compliance and workplace improvements, the project aims to foster a more sustainable, equitable, and productive labour market that benefits both employers and workers alike. The approach focuses not only on ensuring that labour laws are followed but also on creating environments where businesses thrive and workers are treated fairly, which ultimately contributes to the long-term stability of the economy.
