A guide for employment services practical training package for employment services staff in Indonesia
This practical training package is design to improve the basic capacity of Employment Services staff members in order to provide better services to their clients – jobseekers and employers.
The module consists of 13 units to cover range of counselling and employment services provided by public employment service center including CV building, job interview preparation, need assessment, etc. This module is designed to be used by Indonesia’s Ministry of Manpower to improve the capacity of their staff in delivering employment services, mainly as a part of the new unemployment benefit scheme or known as Jaminan Kehilangan Pekerjaan (JKP).
