In line with Indonesia’s 2012-15 DWCP, and in particular to its priority on social protection, the ILO is supporting the implementation of Law No. 40/2004 on the National Social Security System. One of the main recommendations provided by the Assessment Based National Dialogue on Social Protection conducted in 2012 by the ILO in collaboration with BAPPENAS, other government agencies, and the UNCT, is the implementation of a one-stop shop at the sub-national level. This mechanism is called the single referral system (SRS).
